S&DAA Match Programme 2012

Winter &“Closed Season” Sweep
Winter & closed season sweep matches will be run on the Sluice at Sixfields until the close season,then on the Rufford canal, and based at the car park at Sollom during the close season.

Draw 08:45, fish 09:45 to 14:45.

Matches to be held each Sunday from 8th Feb 2012 to 10th June 2012.

In the event of having to break ice, the start of any match maybe delayed by 30 minutes. This will be at the discretion of the match steward.

Summer Matches 2012

Draw 08:45 Fish 09:45 – 14:45

Monday Night League will be run at the Match Length, draw at cabin lane car park 5pm.
Matches will run from Monday 20th June to Monday 22nd August. The league will be scored under the same system as the Summer League, with the Bruff Cup being awarded to the angler with the lowest points score in the series.

Six “away days” will be held on a Saturday over the summer months (April – September), the venues and dates to be confirmed and published on the web site in early Spring. Members wishing to fish the away days MUST book onto each match at least a fortnight before the match date.

H.B. Pointon Trophy
All matches in the Summer and Winter league count towards this trophy. Points system for the first twelve places in each match.
Junior Matches 2012
F James Cup
Will be awarded to the Junior who gains the highest place in the Summer league
J Hodson Cup
Will be awarded to the Junior who gains the highest place in the Winter league
